Most dealers buy their coins in rolls, then make roll sets or use the roll singles to make sets to sell. They provide the most economical method to accumulate coins and create sets. Try to find rolls that have not been "made up"...that is someone bought enough of the single coins to make a roll. These are not the same as "Original Rolls" but it can be hard to tell unless you know what to look for.
