How do you pay for your order without Paypal?
1.) We accept VISA/MC* if you wish to call your number to us, or e-mail the number if you feel comfortable doing that.
2.) We accept cashier's checks, money orders and personal checks. We require payment for orders to clear before shipment.
3.) We still accept cash !

Special order items (such as dated, sized, custom items, and/or engraved items) are non-returnable, nor are damaged or worn items. Coins removed from the original holder will be considered sold and non-returnable, so please inspect your item prior to removal to install into an album or holder. Bullion is also a non-returnable item, other than market price on return date. Bullion material can not be purchased via Credit Card. We do not pay return postage, unless you are sending a ring for sizing or we made an error.
We give you thirty days to inspect your items and to determine if you are satisfied. Items must be returned within 30 days if you are not satisfied. We want you to be happy with your product. A returned item must be in its original condition. You must contact us to arrange for an RMA (return merchandise number) which must be in the address area on the package and also on a note in with the item. We will suggest just C & G for the name for security.
We will arrange free sizing of an item from a previous purchase or repairs, for a minimal fee, of an item from a previous purchase. If you purchase a ring not in your size for inspection, and then want us to size it, we will pay the return postage for you to get it to us, and for sizing, unless it it beyond normal size range. It must be returned via US Mail and insured. Many of our chains carry a free lifetime warranty.
If we get a great number of returns (to date it is minimal) we will set up an on-line method, but until it becomes a problem, we will handle it via email or phone, if you do not mind.
